About Us

Bob

Meet Bob. Bob runs the neighborhood service station. He knows your name, he notices you got a haircut and he never charges your kids when he fills up their bike tires. Sadly Bob is a page out of the history books in most parts of the country. Dependable, honest, service with a smile can sometimes seem like a thing of the past. Especially in our high tech world. But it doesn’t have to be.

Why we are different:  We want you to be involved. We want you to get what you want and we want to give you the tools to maintain it.

Here is the problem with the way some people do business these day: they rely on the fact that you don’t know the technology. It can happen when you go to get an oil change or when you buy a new appliance. Not understanding what you are getting can end up costing you big. We don’t think you should have to be an expert in the industry to get a fair deal.

Our commitment is this, we will offer a careful and precise breakdown of exactly what you’re getting and why you need it. Don’t worry! You don’t have to speak techie-nese. That’s our job. And we are happy to explain anything you might not understand or feel comfortable with.

Part of the Deluxe experience is that we educate you so you have what you need to maintain what you paid for, with or without us.  We believe that building a relationship with our clients means they will WANT to come back if they need something new. For us, the client is an investment. Could we charge you extra for some computer snake oil that keeps your site up and running? Maybe, but that’s just not us. So think of us as that mom and pop hardware store your grandpa used to take you to, think of us as the pharmacy where you could get a malt, think of us as Bob’s full service filling station. Because at Deluxe Interactive Services, our service is old fashioned but our technology isn’t.

Our Philosophy

Our goal is to have a “win-win” relationship with each and every client. Our mission is to become one of your team and many others in a network of businesses that believe in good will and equanimity. What does that mean to you? We’re not happy till you are.
